Dr. Kavita D. Patil

Renowned Trainer for “Export and Import Business” and trained more than 500 candidates on Export Import Business and documentation. She is having industry experience with globally acclaimed company “All cargo Movers Pvt Ltd” at Nagpur. Worked as an Export Manager in Jayaswal Neco Industries Ltd, Nagpur - a leader in the Manufacturing industry. Further she was the Branch Head for “Tkm Transport Management services Pvt Ltd” a TATA group of companies for Shipping, Logistics and supply chain service providers.

Her areas of interest for teaching include international business management, research methodology, strategic management and human resource management. She is PhD Supervisor under RTM Nagpur University and 4 students are pursuing PhD research work under her guidance. Placement performance at the institute is getting better under her leadership skills and she believes “nothing is impossible”, the word itself says “I am possible”.

Dr. Hemant Babhulkar is associated from last 15 years with PDIMTR. His interest area of teaching includes Marketing Management, Legal & Business Environment, Sales & Distribution, IMC & Brand Management, Retail management, Rural Marketing and Marketing of services.

He enhances his academic skills with publishing more than 20 research Papers & author of 4 Marketing books. He is approved counselor for IGNOU & YCMOU

Before entering in academics, he was associated with various premium Financial Institutions such as Kotak Mahindra and CITI Group for more than 3 years. Where is worked as financial sales team leader.

He has been awarded Ph.D. & SET in Commerce. As keeping his interest in academic he is complete LL.B. from RTMNU. He is a corporate business advisor & trainer, in addition to this he has attended business summits & fairs at Russia, Hungry & Austria. He is also holding key positions & membership of different social & educational Institutions. He is also actively involved/ contributed in administrative work and handling all affairs of DTE, FRA, ARA & others

Dr. Tushar Tale

Dr. Tushar D. Tale has received his degree in Electronics & Tale-communication Engineering from PRMIT & Amravati in 2007 and Master in Business Administration from Singhad Institute of Management, Pune in the year 2010 & Ph.D. from SGB Amravati University in 2005. His expertise is in Indian Financial System, Operation Research, Banking Project Management total quality Management & he is also visiting lecturer for many Management Institutes. His active area of concern is open and distance learning & other development in higher education institute

He has been counselor in IGNOU for MBA & M.Com from more than 10 yrs, also participate in IGNOU Gyanvani phone in Session at Akashvani. He has been working as paper setter & evaluator in RTMNU & IGNOU from last 10 yrs

She has more than 10 years of teaching experience. Her area of interest is Human Resource Management, Organization Behaviour and Healthcare Management. She has published more than 15 Research papers in National and International Conferences, Proceedings and Journals. She has received 1 Best Paper Award while 2 of her Research Papers are published in Scopus. To her credit is a book on Principles of Management. Dr. Priyanka Wandhe is also a Patent holder in the field of Applied Science & Beverage Technology. She is the Convener for Intellectual Property Right (IPR) Cell and In-charge of National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF).

Dr. Shyamal Ruikar

Dr. Shyamal Ruikar has more than 12 years of experience in teaching Finance & Accounting subjects. He is skilled in Project Appraisal & Finance, Financial Accounting, Cost & Management Accounting with Ph.D. in Management from RTM Nagpur University. He has to his credit more than 5 research publication in National & International journals. From last 12 years he is associated with IGNOU as approved academic counselor.

He is visiting lecturer at various institute and university; He is on Board of studies in different universities. Among his educational interest, he is corporate trainer for various MNC’s. He is proved himself with administrative skills by handling Place of Higher learning Research (Research Centre) and SPOC for SWAYAM, He is consistently felicitating by NPTEL as Active SPOC for Institute’s local chapter.
